Travel Zone
The
Travel Zone provides the central reference point for all your
emergency contacts when you are on holiday or away on business.
There is even an email facility to send your itinerary to
family or friends, which can be updated as required, ensuring
that everyone is kept in the picture if plans have to be changed.
Ready to help at all times in the event of an emergency,
lost documents or forgotten flight times etc, our Support
Centre can put you in touch with the people best able to help.
For example:
A medical emergency - get in touch with
your travel insurers’ emergency service.
Hired
car breaks down - the car hire company can be contacted
for assistance.
Problems with your resort or hotel –
be referred to your Tour Operator, in the resort or to their
emergency number, for advice.
Traveller’s cheques lost or stolen -
get put through to the issuers for cancellation and quote
the serial numbers of the cheques concerned.
Worried about your pet while you are away
- find the number for the kennel or cattery for an update.
There is also free-space for you to store Emergency Contact
information that is particularly relevant to you, but is not
included elsewhere.
Relax on holiday, knowing that your information in your Travel
Zone is there to be accessed, if required.
Keep It Safe
Don’t forget that a Family ID and the support line
number on a label or tag can help reunite lost items –
luggage, laptops, phones etc. enabling anyone finding them
to be put in touch with you. |
